Technical Committee Addresses School Site Administrators' Concerns in Online Management System Update Session

The Technical Committee on Central Web Portal (TCCWP) organized an update session for the Online School Management System to address and monitor various issues faced by School Site Administrators.

The training commenced on Day I with participation from several schools in the Bwari Area Council. School Administrators were given the platform to articulate their challenges, ask questions, provide feedback, and suggest improvements concerning their experience with the site.

All issues raised during the session were diligently recorded. Some were promptly resolved, while others that required further attention will be addressed in due course.

Additionally, the session facilitated the sharing of best practices among administrators, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at enhancing the overall efficiency of the system.

Furthermore, the committee reiterated its commitment to ongoing support and continuous improvement, ensuring that the Online School Management System remains a reliable tool for educational institutions.
