This is to inform you that the Permanent Secretary, FCT has approved the 2024/2025 School Calendar for Primary and Post Primary levels in the FCT as detailed below:

| HOLIDAYS | Saturday 26th July, 2025 | Saturday 6th September, 2025 | 6 Weeks |
(i) All National Public Holidays are to be observed / (ii) All Boarding Schools are to resume on Sundays / (iii) Any school that has a genuine reason to close earlier or later than the stipulated dates in the school calendar should seek for approval from Education Secretariat through Department of Quality Assurance (DQA) one month before the desired date. / (iv) All approved private schools in the FCT are to comply with the above.
