Mr. Allison Romanus Chukwuma was the former Secretary of the Technical Committee on Central Web Portal of FCT UBE Board.

An indigene of Awka Local Government Area of Anambra state in Nigeria. He holds a Masters  and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. He is presently the head of ICT unit in Establishment division of the FCTA. Married with two children.
