Bernard Odinga who is a staff of FCTA , Education Secretariat (UBEB) was the leader of the Committee.

He was also Editor of the Web portal and has led the Committee since inception. He is married and irreligious.  

He was at the forefront of the Technical Committee whose deliberations with Plovtech Solutions Limited management gave birth to the design, development of this portal from what the Board had to this world class Web portal.

He is an alumnus of several great citadels of learning In Nigeria. Under his leadership giant strides are being made to proprly position FCTUBEB as the flagship of Public Schools that have fully integrated the beauty and benefits of Information Technology in all facets of learning and teaching in Basic Schools.

Bernard Odinga has been redeployed from 1st December, 2016 and has duly handed over to the next Officer on line.
