Mr. Habila E. Dako is from Kwali Area Council of FCT Abuja. He graduated from Federal College of Education Kontagora, Niger state, where he obtained Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in computer/integrated science. He then further to Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State, where he obtained Bachelor in Library and Information Science (BLIS). He is a member of TCCWP OF FCT UBEB Abuja.
