Starting from 2016/2017 academic year, the FCTUBEB will gradually start to migrate all student records to a secure electronic version.  This training will expose all school administrators to best practise on how best to handle the transition and uploads of student CA records unto the new system.

1. Students Movement into Official School Register List
All Students in your school must be fully registered on the ORT module
    
2. How to bring Students to the ORT
- Online admission application / JS1/JS2/JS3
- Direct Entry Students
- Returning JS2/JS3

3. Using Electronic PCODE to assign FPSN to the Student
     Option 1 / Option 2 / Option 3
    
4. Assigning Students to their Classes
   - Create or Add the class arms in your school
   - Assign Student using the offline XLS file
  
5. Uploading the CA records via xls
   - Explain all the 4.XLS file format
  
6. Processing the Uploaded records
   2 - Stages
         Validating the uploaded records
         Inserting the final records into the Database
        
7. Finalising the Term Subjects
